WWE Live Event (PPV): Tables, Ladders, and Chairs!

What an awesome pre-Christmas gift from my bean! On Dec 18, the WWE came to town for a pay-per-view event: Tables, Ladders, and Chairs. While my personal favorite, John Cena, was not on the roster that evening, I did have a fantastic experience...

It has been years since I've gone to a WWE live event; it just has not tickled my fancy in the recent years, but I have always loved it. Going back for the first time in awhile reminded me why I am a fan...the falls are real, the kicks and hits are real, the passion and excitement from the fans...real. I've never been in a room with so many people saying or chanting the same thing...it is indeed quite the experience.

On a side note, I must say that the WWE staff is dreamy. Ok, not because of their levels of attractiveness, but because they are soooo well organized! For example, (and yes, this is a justification of my most recent purchases) every WWE staffer on the ground has a walkie talkie and a clip board. And the lights and fireworks...timed perfectly for an awesome show.

Kudos to the WWE for an awesome event and kudos to them for their exceptional organization, one that could be modeled after =)

Randy Orton...he reminds me of Trump (my brother)..the confidence etc

the opening screen of the show..those are tables linked together hanging down on the left (from the ceiling), ladders hanging center, and a tower of chairs right...creative!

seated so close! Eeek, I could see Randy Orton's thigh muscles...whoa!

mini-dinner prior with Bean and our comrades for the evening...

Happy Holidays!

The holidays are definitely the perfect time to relax, enjoy your family, and create special moments. It's usually the time that my siblings and I finally get to see each other too! I love the holiday season..and I'm sure our local movie theatre does too...we get to the theatre quite often during the holidays...although we did not see "Alvin and the Chipmunks" in their new movie, we did catch them outside the theatre and yes, we looked quite fabulous!

Create a few special moments this holiday season with the ones you love,
Victory

Proud to enter my MASTERS program...with Kent State University!

I am very proud and excited to announce that I have changed my major and will be embarking on a Masters degree with Kent State University in Ohio. However, no worries! I won't be moving to Ohio, but instead, will be completing the degree online.

This was a big step for me...online school? Well, for those of you who know my schedule, this was the only option! I truly have always wanted to attain at least my Masters degree...and for awhile, was pursuing that with Johns Hopkins University in Washington DC (School of Advanced International Studies).

The change in my major occurred for many reasons. First, my years with the Miss America organization have taught me that I have a knack for communication, event planning, and public relations. Second, my various jobs right now in life (School Court TV, Barbizon, Be Victorious) all seem to point towards me promoting myself, a company, or a brand...and I have to admit, studying Political Science and International Affairs...I wanted to go into diplomacy anyway! So effective communication tactics etc will still be studied, just in the form of Public Relations. Which, honestly, seems just perfect for me...

So, hello Kent State University, School of Journalism and Mass Communications, with a focus in Public Relations...here I come!

On Sunday, December 18th, I had the opportunity to work the girls of the Miss Historic Maryland family (MAO local) at their official photoshoot...and had a blast! Thanks to Caressa and Ms. Carol for entrusting me with such a serious event! I hope the girls loved it...and thanks to Chad Heller photography for being such an awesome sponsor of the program (and an awesome photographer too)!

School Court TV is taking off!

Today, Dec 21st, School Court TV taped at the Towson Courthouse...with a special celebrity guest judge: Congressman Dutch Ruppersberger! So exciting!

We were very happy to present student attorneys Ivory Williams, Ceire Kenny, John Della'Zanna, Alyssa Airey, Brielle Simmons, and Alexa Blackman.

The students thoroughly enjoyed the experience...thank you Congressman!
